Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls to collect debts from US customers.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization.
  
• Possess excellent soft skills, including empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data management and reporting purposes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO industry with a focus on collections or similar roles.
  
• Strong spoken English language skills with minimal accent.
  
• Ability to work effectively in an outbound calling environment with high energy levels.
