Job Description
About Us: We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of social media marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and can effectively engage our audience online.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Design eye-catching graphics, brochures, and promotional materials for various marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with project requirements.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop high-quality posts, stories, and ads for social media that effectively capture audience interest.
- Assist in executing social media advertising campaigns, monitor their performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and produce digital marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage content calendars for timely, relevant, and consistent social media posts.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries as needed.
- Analytics and Optimization:
- Track and report on social media metrics and campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of social media graphics, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and social media advertising (experience with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus).
- Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail, creativity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic video editing knowledge (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital advertising techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
