Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 6 to 12 months of experience, particularly someone familiar with marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. You will play an essential role in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution in our marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for our marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization on marketplace platforms.
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Use Excel to maintain and track various operational data such as sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Generate reports and present insights on marketplace performance to the senior team.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of experience, preferably in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including working knowledge of shortcuts, formulae, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other basic functions.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., is essential.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the e-commerce space.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
