Job Description
Job Summary:
Global Assure is looking for a Client Coordinator for a contract position in Jaipur. The role involves coordinating between clients and Global Assure, handling calls, and assisting with client queries. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a basic understanding of computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and Global Assure.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, address client questions, and provide service updates.
- Keep track of client requests and follow up as needed.
- Assist clients with any issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Use Excel and computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
Skills Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (verbal written).
- Basic Excel knowledge and comfort using computers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
- Previous experience in coordination or customer service is a plus.
- Must be able to work at the clients location in Jaipur.

- Type: Full-time, Contract (6 months, renewable)
