Assistant Manager - HR and Administration

Job description

Administration:

• Office Operations: Manage office facilities, including supplies, equipment, and utilities, ensuring a well-functioning workplace.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and timely renewals for optimal cost and service quality.
• Travel & Logistics: Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense management for employees.
• Facility Maintenance: Supervise office maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and office celebrations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• New Office Setup: Support the setup and administration of new office spaces, including procurement and operational readiness.

Human Resources:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal processes.
• Implement HR policies, ensure statutory compliance, and address grievances.
• Maintain employee records and manage attrition analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
