Job Description

1- Market Complaint Investigation:**

- Lead theinvestigation of market complaints to determine the root cause and ensuretimely resolution.

- Coordinate withvarious departments to gather necessary information and evidence for a thoroughinvestigation.

- Maintain detailedrecords of all complaints and investigations, ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Identifyopportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development ofstrategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor industrytrends and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant andcompetitive.

- Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.

No work life balance - Qualification Section. Appraisal and increment is not based on performance. Appraisal is pre planned and fixed. Exit on time is crime. People quits the job very frequently due to political culture.
