Installation and Assembly: • Oversee the physical installation and assembly of equipment, systems, or machinery at customers sites, following engineering drawings, technical manuals, and guidelines. • Ensure that installations are carried out accurately and securely to prevent any potential hazards or performance issues. 3. Commissioning and Testing: • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the installed systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. • Configure software settings, perform calibration, and troubleshoot technical issues to achieve optimal functionality. 4. Technical Troubleshooting: • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning, working closely with design and engineering teams to find effective solutions. • Diagnose and rectify problems related to hardware, software, electrical connections, and interfaces. 5. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain detailed records of installation and commissioning activities, including test results, configurations, and modifications. • Generate comprehensive reports outlining project progress, challenges faced, and solutions implemented. 6. Customer Interaction: • Interact with customers to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their expectations. • Provide training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 7. Quality Assurance: • Ensure that all installations and commissioning activities adhere to quality standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines. • Perform quality checks and inspections to validate compliance. 8. Continuous Improvement: • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback for improving product design, installation processes, and user experience. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
