IC Engineer-Site Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Understanding: Study and comprehend project requirements using P&ID, E-plan, and qualification

documents.

2. Mechanical Installation: Execute mechanical installations as per layout and GA drawings.

3. Electrical Installation: Perform electrical installations following E-plan specifications. Handle sensors,

transducers, control panels, switch gears, cable scheduling, wiring, and cabling with expertise.

4. System Testing: Conduct system testing in alignment with Function Specification Documents (FSD).

5. Machine Qualification Activities: Perform and deliver qualification activities: IQ: Installation Qualification. OQ:

Operational Qualification.

6. Machine Trials: Oversee machine trials, including: PHT: Pressure Holding Test. SIP: Sterilization In Place.

CIP: Cleaning In Place. Process Trials: Mixing, holding, and transfer processes.

7. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities involving technicians and vendors.

8. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and

outcomes. Maintain effective communication with customers and back-office teams.

9. Site Flexibility: Be ready to work across locations in India and abroad (ROW). Frequent travel as required by the projects. 10. Modifications Implementation: Handle and implement new system modifications at the site as per provided procedures. Customer Support: 11. Resolve customer queries related to software and systems during on-site operations. 12. Project Handover: Ensure project handover is completed within the defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
