Job Description
The Opportunity
Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
Website Ownership & New Feature Development
- Take end-to-end ownership of the D2C website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Monitor website performance metrics (load time, error rate, responsiveness, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
- Conceptualize, plan, and manage the rollout of new features such as loyalty programs, referral systems, buy on WhatsApp and chatbot
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories, clearly defining project scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the business team to gather requirements, align on priorities, and ensure the feature aligns with strategic goals.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions, resolving ambiguities and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Collaborate with the tech team for backend development and bug fixes, ensuring high-quality releases
- Lead the design and launch of our mobile app, ensuring alignment with website features and customer expectations.
- Plan and execute UX/UI enhancements to improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, tech and operations teams to align product development with business goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful integrations and timely deliveries.
Project Management
- Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Communicate project updates and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- MBA from Tier I or Tier II Business schools
- 8+ years of Product Management experience and has working knowledge of -
- WhatsApp integrations for chatbot/live agent support.
- Mobile app launch in conjunction with e-commerce platforms.
- Loyalty and referral program implementations.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and customer-centric design principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
