Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee

and ensure the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes. The successful

candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting

inspections, and ensuring all products meet company and industry standards. This role

requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of quality

assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain high product standards.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company standards.
• Train and supervise QC staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventiveactions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
• Maintain documentation and reports on quality control processes and results.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems related to quality control.
• Work Environment & Conditions:
• Full-time position based in a manufacturing facility.
• Requires standing, walking, and moving within the facility for extended periods.
• May involve occasional travel for supplier audits, training, or industry meetings.
