Activity Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Design and organize a variety of events and activities, including cultural events, sports, arts and wellness programs, that cater to diverse student interests.
• Actively engage with students to understand their interests, gather feedback and encourage participation in hostel activities.
• Coordinate with student organizations to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Manage the activity budget, keeping track of expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere by promoting programs that encourage interaction and relationship-building among residents.
• Ensure that all activities follow university safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all participants.
• Regularly gather feedback from students to assess the success of programs and prepare reports for the hostel administration on participation and impact.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
