Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase planning, inventory control, and material procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
  
• Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Maintaining 100% fill rate and fulfillment of orders.
• Identifying the new products which can be manufactured in-house.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Purchase Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, material procurement processes, and vendor development strategies.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
