Sr. Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct price comparisons, assess supplier quality, and negotiate terms.
• Knowledge of rate analysis and rate improvement.
• Ensure that purchase orders are accurate, complete, and processed on time.
• Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt and proper documentation.
• Foster and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
• Resolve any issues or disputes related to quality, pricing, and delivery delays
• Market research for new alternative products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems / SAP

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate having experience of procuring Electrical items
• 3 to 4 year experience in interior contracting company back ground.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
