GIRNAR ALLOYS PVT. LTD.

We are a leading ISO 9001:2008 (BUREAU VERITAS) certified company with modernized castings manufacturing and machining facilities. Girnar makes assemblies and end products also for construction and mining industries. We manufacture castings and parts for Pumps & valves industries, mechanical seal manufacturers, automobiles industries, shot blasting machine spares and general engineering manufacturers and Concrete machinery parts.

We specialize in manufacturing and machining casting grades like Ni Hard, Ni Resist (Austenitic ductile iron-ASTM A439), Alloy steel, Stainless steel, SG (Ductile) iron and grey iron. We supply castings as per international casting standards like ASTM, DIN, BS etc.


We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients through your own efforts. candidate with export sales experience will be ideal.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Lead Generation and converting to sales through your own efforts
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.
  • Ensuring Proper and timely collection from the Customers.
  • Fulfillment of customer requirement.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a senior business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role
  • candidate with export sales experience will be ideal, Proven sales track record
  • Experience in the manufacturing domain is an added advantage
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Power point, MS word, Excel.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Required valid passport
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Key Account management skills
  • Time management and planning skills
