Girikon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. As an SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings on major search engines.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for maximum visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for site improvements.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.
