Generative AI Developer (3-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

AI driven product suite that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced NLP techniques. We're looking for an experienced GenAI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI models that enhance digital marketing through intelligent automation, personalized content, and predictive analytics. In this role, you'll play a key part in integrating AI capabilities that push the boundaries of customer engagement and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development : Design and deploy AI models with a focus on LLMs, RAG, and NLP to support comprehensive, patented marketing automation suite.

- Product Integration : Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate cutting edge AI features directly into products, utilizing tools like Python, React, Azure, and Postgres.

- Optimization of Data Pipelines : Build and refine data extraction and preprocessing pipelines to enhance data quality and model accuracy.

- Performance Monitoring : Conduct rigorous A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring to ensure optimal AI model functionality within the product suite.

- Technical Innovation : Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI to solve complex, industry specific challenges within the marketing automation domain.

- Scalability and Efficiency : Develop AI models that are both scalable and highly efficient, maintaining smooth integration with's existing technology stack.

- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Experience : 3+ years working with LLMs, RAG, and NLP technologies, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

- Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like React and databases such as Postgres.

- AIto Business Translation : Ability to translate advanced AI/ML concepts into practical, business focused solutions.

- Problem Solving Skills : Strong analytical abilities, adaptable to fast paced and evolving challenges, ideally within a startup or product development setting.
