We work closely with India's top superspecialty hospitals like Apollo Hospitals, Max Hospitals, Fortis, Medanta, Artemis etc. to ensure seamless healthcare experiences to our international patients.

Job Overview:
We are looking for two female Client Services Executives - Healthcare to provide personalized support to our international patients. The candidates will act as a bridge between patients and the hospitals, ensuring exceptional care and a positive experience.

Job Title: Client Services Executive - Healthcare [Females]

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for international patients during hospital visits.
• Facilitate hospital procedures, including registrations, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain effective communication with hospital staff, doctors, and patients.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and queries.
• Promote Ginger Healthcares services by building trust and rapport with patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and hospital processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields).
• Exceptional communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or client service is advantageous.
• Ability to work empathetically and professionally in sensitive situations.
• Familiarity with private hospitals in Delhi is a plus.

Salary:

INR 15,00-25,000, depending on capability & competence.
