Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct community-based therapy sessions for individuals with physical disabilities.
• Provide center-based physiotherapy services for beneficiaries needing personalized care.
• Assess, diagnose, and create tailored therapy and rehabilitation plans for patients.
• Regularly update beneficiary progress in the Goonjan Software.
• Train beneficiaries and their caregivers in exercises, posture correction, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with the program and community teams to ensure comprehensive care and program success.
• Organize and participate in health camps and awareness drives for community engagement.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all therapy-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in physiotherapy (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
• Knowledge of modern therapeutic techniques, exercises, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Experience in community-based rehabilitation (CBR) is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining progress records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and passion for working in the development sector.
