All Service Related Invoice Processing (Parking & Posting) - All Service Related Invoice Processing Of Dombivli Location With Proper Attention To Supporting, Proper Ledger Account, Cost Centre , Applying Correct TDS Section Under Which TDS Is To Be Deducted , GST Credit Availability.
All Vendor Related Payments - All Vendor Related Payments By Ensuring Recovery Of Advance Payments, Adjustments Of Debit Notes If Any And Also Ensuring The Vendor Bank Details Like Bank, Account Number & IfSC Code.
Employee Related Payments Processing All Employee Related Payments Like Salary, Medclaim, Loan, Avance And Others.
Monthly TDS & TCS Statement (Other Than Salary) - Preparing Monthly TDS & TCS (Other Than Salary) Liability Working Statement For Online E-Payment To Government On Or Before Due Date.
ONE LINE STATUTORY PAYMENTS - Making On Line All Monthly Statutory Payments Like TDS, PF, ESIC, Profession Tax, Electricity Bills, Water Bills And Also As & When Required Other online Registration, Fees Payments With Government Bodies Like MPCB, MIDC, MSEB, Etc, and Accounting Of The Same In Books Of Accounts
Quarterly TDS And TCS Return Other Than Salary - Compiling Relevant Data & Co-Ordinate With Our Consultant And Ensuring That Quarterly Returns Are Filed Prior To Due -Date, Generating Form 16 A Quarterly With Digital Signature.
INTERNAL AND STATUTORY AUDIT REQUIREMENTS - ATTENDING AND RESOLVING QUERIES INTERNAL AND STATUTORY AUDIT REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO INVOICE BOOKING, ICFR AUDIT, VENDOR BALANCE CONFIRMATION,VENDOR AGEING, CAPITALISATION PROCESS, TDS RELATED TO SERVICES,TCS

Ensuring Timely Transfer Of Funds Against Major Payment Like Salary, Electricity Bills & Other

Record Keeping Proper Record Keeping Of All Bank Payments Vouchers And Their Supporting's For Easily Access Of The Same During Audit And Other Functional Departments Requirements.

Minimum Education Qualification COMMERCE GRADUATE WITH SOUND KNOWLEDGE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING,TDS, GST
Minimum Experience (in Years) ATLEAST 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SAME PORTFOLIO.
Certifications / Skills Required, if any WORKING EXPERIENCE IN ERP SYSTEM IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
