Product Manager - Payments Gateways (5-7 yrs)

- We are looking for a UPI Product Manager/SME with 5-7 years of experience in the payments. industry.

- The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Unified Payments Interface (UPI), payment processing, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

- This role requires collaboration with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless UPI integrations.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Act as a (SME) for UPI payments, including transactions, reconciliation, dispute management, and fraud prevention.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of UPI solutions for banking and fintech partners.

- Ensure compliance with NPCI regulations, RBI guidelines, and industry standards.

- Work closely with engineering and product teams to optimize UPI architecture, API performance, and security protocols.

- Analyse UPI transaction data and suggest enhancements for scalability and efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop UPI-based payment strategies and new product innovations.

- Stay updated with latest UPI trends, NPCI circulars, and emerging technologies in digital payments.

- Manage and resolve technical or operational issues related to UPI implementations.

Required Skills Qualifications:.

- 5-7 years of experience in digital payments, banking, or fintech, with 3+ years in UPI domain.

- Strong knowledge of UPI architecture, APIs, PSPs, TPAPs, and merchant integrations.
