About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Design Faculty to lead academic delivery and mentoring for UX Design programs at our partnered universities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom teaching and facilitation for foundational subjects in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Lead academic delivery for UX Design programs such as B.Design UX, M.Design UX, B.Tech UX, & BCA UX.
• Develop curriculum content and ensure high-quality academic materials.
• Conduct workshops and masterclasses on UX Design, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, and Communication Design.
• Mentor students, providing guidance on internships, placements, live projects, and assignments.
• Adhere to partnered university norms for examination, evaluation, and academic administration.
• Offer personal guidance and counseling to students, providing offline and online support for doubt resolution.
• Maintain class records and academic data, ensuring proper documentation.
• Conduct final assessments, evaluate student performance, and submit credit scores to the university.
• Liaise with the Academic Head and Dean of the partnered university.
