Job Purpose:
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, strategic talent acquisition support to the business including improving local processes, creating talent pools, and brand Getinge as an attractive employer in order to support the hiring of best in class talent both from outside and inside the organization.
- Working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and the dedicated global recruitment team.
Job Functions Include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing and screening of candidates, conducting interviews, assessments and continuously advise the Hiring managers throughout the process, primarily for Dach region.
- Being the process owner and Subject Matter Expert in recruitment locally.
- Support HR and Hiring managers in developing appropriate job ads/postings and campaigns, addressing job profile and candidate pool disparities.
- Work in a global environment including cross national recruitment and supporting other colleagues and business areas with Talent Acquisition expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR BPs, existing employees as well as candidates.
- Drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Continuously develop business knowledge and acumen of company and departmental objectives, industry and corporate challenges and current market dynamics.
- Advise, train and support business leaders and HR BPs on Talent strategies and recruitment processes.
- Together with Local HR and the local business drive activities within employer branding and university relations such as social media branding, campaigns and regularly visit local career fairs.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and/or other related duties as appropriate.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comply with quality management system requirements and its roles, as defined globally within Getinge, as applicable.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR, preferrable within tech or engineering.
- Ideally with previous international scope.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing paired with an understanding of all selection methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems as well as proficient in the use of social media channels and job boards.
- Academic degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a diverse environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively both with regional and global peers.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, complex environment.
