Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients. Schedule discovery calls or meetings with potential clients. Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients.
- Schedule and deliver compelling product demos to showcase the value of OptyMatch's offerings.
- Maintain and update the CRM system or Spreadsheets with accurate prospect information, activity details and logs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Conduct client visits whenever required to present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions, demonstrating their features and benefits while effectively addressing customer needs with in depth product knowledge.
- Prepare customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs and budget.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
- Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
- Proactive and able to work independently to achieve targets.
