Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to oversee our recruitment activities, employee lifecycle, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various selection processes, be adept at conducting diverse interviews, and have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Gather requisitions and collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Source and call potential candidates
• Utilize in-house databases, job portals, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct telephonic, Teams, and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and manage the entire interview process.
• Extend offers to the selected candidates.

Onboarding and Induction:

• Organize and coordinate induction programs, including HR formalities and documentation.
• Manage personal files of all employees.
• Coordinate with various departments for a seamless onboarding experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in HR management with expertise in IT recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in addressing employee concerns, fostering positive relations, and implementing effective conflict resolution strategies.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
