Sr. Executive / Executive - Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive / Executive Digital Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Stay on top of digital trends, provide insights, and suggest strategies to improve overall campaign performance.

2. Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content and monitor user interactions to foster brand engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns aimed at brand promotion and lead generation.

3. SEO & Website Management

• Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to ensure high search visibility.
• Track and analyze website traffic through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and report on performance.

4. Content Marketing & Email Campaigns

• Develop engaging content, including blogs, articles, infographics, and videos, for marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute email marketing strategies, including newsletters and lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Utilize tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other CRM systems to manage and track email campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROI, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement of digital strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.), and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva and Photoshop (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and a creative mindset.
• Prior experience in industries such as Automobile, Manufacturing, or Trading is a plus.
