The Senior Solutions Architect is a key technical leader responsible for designing and optimizing solutions for current and prospective customers leveraging the GeorgeJon technology stack (software and hardware configurations). This role ensures that architectural best practices align with evolving business and industry needs while driving innovation in eDiscovery platform solutions.
Beyond customer engagements, the Senior Solutions Architect collaborates with internal teams to define, develop, and evolve standardized products, service offerings, and technical frameworks. By maintaining deep expertise in the eDiscovery industry and customer workflows, this individual plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and technology strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement innovative technical solutions that align with customer objectives while effectively managing expectations.
Define, validate, and maintain best practices for all components of the GeorgeJon platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide clarity on product capabilities, technical trade-offs, and implementation feasibility.
Identify, research, and develop solutions to address customer challenges in hosting and managing eDiscovery environments.
Engage with the eDiscovery industry to maintain relationships with vendors, technicians, and key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, engaging with customer stakeholders via direct consultations, on-site visits, and industry trade shows.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standardized methodologies.
Assist in defining standardized documentation and scoping methods to enhance the accuracy of product and service pricing proposals.
Ensure all solutions adhere to GeorgeJon s best practices for security, efficiency, and reliability.
Employ superior problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to deliver optimized, forward-thinking solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in managing and architecting eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, Reveal, and Nuix.
Strong experience with both server-based and cloud-based eDiscovery solutions.
Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changing eDiscovery landscapes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Availability to travel up to 10% for client engagements, industry events, and on-site consulting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in storage solutions, including DAS, SAN, NAS, and local storage architectures.
Networking expertise, including firewalls, switching, and perimeter security.
Virtualization experience, particularly VMware and its integration with storage and networking.
Advanced knowledge of multiple eDiscovery applications beyond Relativity, Reveal, and Nuix.
Relevant certifications, including:
Relativity Infrastructure Specialist or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
