Associate Quality Assurance

• Understand content and software requirements and implement quality assurance best practices
  
• Help create test cases and test data for automation and/or creation, enhancement and debugging, as well as execute automation test cases (manual/automated)
  
• Report and analyse defects while working closely with content teams and developers
  
• Analyse test results and track software-testing metrics
  
• Coordinate with senior members to help prepare test reports
  
• Execute regression tests and contribute to change management practices
  
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions
  
• Implement and maintain coding standards and best practices
  
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with agreed service-level agreements/turnaround time

Requirements

• Willingness to work in US shift (5:30pm to 2:30 am IST)
  
• Bachelor s or master s degree in technology, computer science or related field
  
• Over 2 years of professional work experience in software testing and quality assurance - both manual and automated
  
• Experience in testing website content and web applications
  
• Proficiency in different types of functional and non-functional testing
  
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver and TestNG) and relevant code libraries
  
• Sound understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
