Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in C++, C#, .NET, and a deep understanding of Windows Internals to join our dynamic development team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software components in C++, C#, and .NET.
• Implement low-level COM and ActiveX controls for efficient system integration.
• Work closely with the team to enhance real-time multi-threaded event systems and improve system performance.
• Investigate and resolve software issues related to Windows Internals and system-level programming.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality.
• Develop automated tests to ensure the reliability of software applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C++, C#, and .NET development.
• In-depth understanding of Windows Internals and ability to develop software solutions at a low level.
• Expertise in COM and ActiveX technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining real-time, multi-threaded event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools for performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with multithreading and concurrent programming concepts.
• Experience with Windows Kernel programming.
• Exposure to network programming and security protocols.
• Understanding of memory management and optimization techniques.
