Job Description

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management role Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role is crucial in supporting business needs, ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy, and fostering a positive employee experience. The HR Manager will work to promote corporate values, nurture a positive culture, and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
implement, and monitor performance management systems to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
Guide managers and employees in conducting effective performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and conflict resolution initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing issues, conflicts, and concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in organizational development and change management.
Expertise in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
