Relevant Work Experience Fresher - Maximum 3 years
Business Importance of the Role: This role owns and drives service business results as per the operating plan of Genworks IVD solutions, manage high level of OEM & Customer satisfaction through Service Excellence at cluster level. Setting up a new service repair center and drive consumables, accessories, AMC and CMCs sales on time with excellent customer rapport will be the key drivers of initial success in this role.
Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual): • Timely installation • Pre-installation demos, checks and user maintenance training for instruments including primary level of application issues and standardisation handling. • To carry scheduled Preventive maintenance for all instruments as per timelines. • Troubleshoot Instrument & Reagent related issues (break fix issues). • AMC & CMC collection for out of warranty equipment. Generation of consumables and spares business. • To maximise reagent business from Installed base of equipments. • Ensure IB customers are using all reagents from Genworks, increase reagent yield for IBs by monitoring workload, adding assays.
Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role: • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering from an accredited academic institution. • Min 1 Years of relevant experience in Med Tech sector in companies of similar size and scale. • Should have worked or working in Tier 2 markets that we are serving with excellent KOL connects. • Excellent presentation & Articulation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact. • Able to travel without boundary. • Ability to work with the team and follow up for deliverables on a daily basis over telecon/email. • Communicate a vision and show good leadership capability. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and confidential/sensitive information. • Proven ability to impact and influence at all levels within the company to achieve optimal outcomes • Should adapt to an dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing matrix environment • Ability to effectively network across a variety of teams to build solid relationships. • Capability and willingness to operate on both macro and micro issues. • Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
