Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal website performance.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

HubSpot Integration:

• Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and email templates within HubSpot.
• Integrate HubSpot with the website for seamless data synchronization.

UI/UX Enhancement:

• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make informed design decisions.
• Continuously improve the website's user experience based on best practices and user feedback.

Content Management:

• Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the brand's messaging.

Security and Maintenance:

• Monitor website security and perform routine maintenance to address issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track website performance metrics, analyse user behaviour and generate reports.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions for website optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a web developer, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot.
• Strong UI/UX design skills and the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and frameworks.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), with HubSpot experience being a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is a plus.
