Job Title: Vice President - B2B Sales & Partnerships

Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B growth strategy, expanding partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Identify new market opportunities, build high-impact partnerships, and create innovative revenue streams.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations, ensuring win-win deals that benefit both Company and its partners.
Relationship Management & Sales Execution:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with factories and suppliers, proactively addressing challenges to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Strengthen existing partnerships with big-box retailers, ensuring seamless product fitment and category expansion.
- Maintain a consultative sales approach, aligning Company's product offerings with customer needs.
- Spearhead contract negotiations and creative deal-making strategies that foster long-term collaboration.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with the Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align B2B offerings with market demand.
- Drive pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for B2B product categories.
- Develop sales performance KPIs, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize decision-making.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team, instilling a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, market shifts, and evolving B2B sales strategies.
- Represent Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close high-value B2B deals.
- Expertise in creative deal-making and structuring innovative business agreements.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, fostering long-term collaborations with factories, distributors, and retailers.
- Deep understanding of big-box retailer product fitment and market entry strategies.
- Ability to handle adverse situations in supply chain management and develop effective solutions.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales leadership role.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or retail partnerships within consumer goods, home, or lifestyle categories.
- Prior experience working with big-box retailers, national distributors, or Sales Reps.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
