Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Sale s Support Specialist

(Automotive Parts) which includes and is not limited to Order entry and management, Pricing, Report preparations, and co-ordination with various other departments.

Scope of work --- (1) Pricing-New price entry, price change requests, audits, etc. (2) Order Management Shipping order entry, Order receipt and internal communication, Order for rebilling, Manual sales order creation, etc. (3) Report preparations Hold reports, Price discrepancy reports, Aging reports, etc. (4) Data analysis and coordination.

Responsibilities
Order creations and maintenance.
Pricing entry, PCN (price change notice), Supporting cross functional teams like Sales Managers, Logistics, etc.
Report preparations and data analysis.

Pricing audits.
Production Plant,

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B-Tech).
Any Graduate Degree or equivalent or masters degree .
Good at excel and familiar with MS office apps.

Preferred qualifications
Preferably experience in any administrative role in manufacturing industry.
Has worked with Plant Managers, supported sales in Automotive Industry.
