Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HRO In this role, one needs to have good understanding of Payroll.

Responsibilities •    Address all payroll garnishments (withholding) types Tax department is responsible for payroll tax returns •    Presence needed In the USA to deal with physical mail & documents needing notary (previously had contract with a Michigan company to allow for electronic but that didn't pan out). •    Garnishments - tax levies, child support orders, court ordered deductions and student loans •    Training to stay current on legislation •    Collection of fees permitted by garnishment type (pays for 3 employees) •    2nd level handling of employee questions

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills •    BCom Graduate Preferred Qualifications/ Skills •    Good Communication – Both written and Verbal •    Proven Experience
