Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Source to Pay (Sourcing Execution Support)

Responsibilities •    RFx (RFI/RFP/ Survey) Execution support, expected volume 200 RFx per year – support CDSC team with Ariba sourcing events: Sourcing event creation, Sourcing event support for suppliers and stakeholders, Sourcing event response compilation, distribution. •    RFx Analysis - analyse/report the results coming from the event scorecard. Support with analytics and sourcing proposal presentation preparation. •    RFI for Supplier Capability / Readiness – support CDSC category managers to identify suppliers that can support existing and new regions for each category. Support the supplier capabilities questionnaire process. •    Document and PO Management (including SSR and contract routing) – support upon category manager’s request the preparation of the ARL, SSR and CCPE approval processes by creating the tickets and ADO items and monitor and facilitate the approval processes and escalate in case of blockages. Qualifications Minimum qualifications •    Any graduate degree  •    Good communication and analytical skills. 

Preferred qualifications  •    Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing. •    Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills. •    Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent.
