Sap PPQM Consultant

Responsibilities

• The candidate should have experience in SAP PP and QM modules on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1909.
• The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data , sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN.
• The candidate should have knowledge on quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management ,sample management quality notification.
• The candidate should have 1-2 full life cycle implementation experience in S/4 HANA 1909.
• Good presentation and communication skills are desirable
• SAP Sales and Distribution
• Characteristics, Test Methods, Inspection Plans
• Shelf-Life Expiration Rules
• Assistance with Inspection Lots - Usage Decision and Posting Changes
• Debugging with programs that fail and interfaces to third-party systems
• Assitance with updating Material Master and Quality Master Data
• SAP Configuration using IMG
• Job Monitoring

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA
