Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Data Analyst
Define and Develop Data Quality requirements and controls for Financial Crime & Risk Management systems
Responsibilities
Work with Technology and Business teams to gather data requirements and develop a plan for implementation
Define and Develop Data Quality requirements and controls for Financial Crime & Risk Management systems (Oracle - Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Rating solutions)
Analyze Source to Target Mappings documents, data dictionaries for root cause analysis and further business understanding
Engage relevant stakeholders and lead Triage meetings to help with resolving DQ issues identified
Perform end-to-end Root cause analysis across Data Issues identified and work with respective stakeholders as a part of the Exception Management Process to remediate DQ issues
Define test scripts and cases for SIT, UAT and perform testing
Assist with streamlining the DQ exception management process and process improvements
Develop detailed documentation on the end-to-end data processes that the team performs
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
University Degree, preferably in technology/ engineering
Experience working in a financial institution preferably a Global bank

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in data (data lifecycle, data governance, data quality, Metadata, Data issue resolution and other data concepts)
Must be extremely comfortable working in different time zones (US & SG)
Advanced SQL & Python programming working experience (Preferably in Oracle based tools)
Experience in System testing, Data Issue - Exception Management and resolution
Understanding of the Compliance domain and concepts i.e., Anti-Money laundering (AML), Know your Customer (KYC), Customer Risk Rating etc. is a must
Experience with Informatica ETL Tool is an added advantage
Project Management Experience is an added advantage
