Order To Cash Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) billing process from order to cash, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in OTC transactions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in the OTC process and implement changes as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) billing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AR billing processes, including B2B collections and cash applications.
• Proficiency in using Cash Apps or other O2C billing systems is required.
