Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - OM

Responsibilities
Administration of customer Quotations & Contract , I,e change , modify , create , coordinate for closure
Sales Order Processing ie - create sale order as per requirement of the process like packed goods, bulk order , FOC , express sales Oder handling
Create Sales Order with Letter of Credit (L/C)
Monitor orders - like rejections , modify , resolve block orders
Sales Order support - Complaint handling , create consignment billing , return , pick up as per the process
Customer Support - Daily supervising the assigned orders and exceptions validations
Support Payment Collection

Qualifications/Experience we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

SAP ERP experience
Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)
Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking abilities required

B.Com Graduate

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
