Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Life Insurance 

The objectives of this Genpact operations unit must tie into the overall aims of business. The group seeks to provide a high standard of service for business. The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude. The candidate must be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively, patiently, and effectively to calls/emails seeking clarifications, have a customer-centric approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities •    Responsible for understanding respective Business metrics •    Responsible for performing quality check for financial and non-financial transactions which includes account set ups, deposits, policy maintenance, and claims payments on applicable systems. •    Work well in the current frame of things & ability to raise when required •    Should have a customer-focused approach & Attention to detail •    Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required •    Good Excel and Presentation Skills

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications •    Any Graduate except B. Tech •    Relevant Insurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Preferred prior experience in Life Insurance •    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
