Job Description
- Create requisition on behalf of the business stakeholder.
- Complete supplier / vendor master creation and maintenance.
- End to end responsibility of invoice processing.
- Reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices as per SOP and getting posted in ERP.
- Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), e-Invoices as per the established process.
- Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports.
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
- Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
- Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts.
- Report sales/VAT taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training materials.
- Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration.
- Experience with one or more years of P2P / Accounts Payable.
- Must have sound knowledge of English.
- Understanding of entire Source to Pay process would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ARIBA is a must .
- Excellent command and Excel tools from day-to-day operations.
- Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word
- Good typing skill with high accuracy.
- BPO work experience with another Genpact global client is a preference.
- Good communication skill- To interact with suppliers and internal stake holders.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals.

Work environment is very nice and job security is their.
Don't join Kolkata Genpact because it has toxic environment as well as toxic people. People seating in higher position like managers, they are very much arrogant and rude not at all well mannered. It's my personal experience. I regret joining Kolkata Genpact.
