Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Large Deals Shaping Lead
This is a senior leadership role ensuring that Genpact experiences growth in priority and hunting accounts. You will be partnering with client partners and sales leaders to originate large / strategic deals. This position will be aligned across Genpact s verticals.
Act as the large deal solutioning lead and help structure Genpact s value proposition by bringing in relevant capabilities to address client situation.
Work with relevant teams to build a compelling commercial model for proposed solutions
Work closely with the Sales and account team to identify large deal opportunities and create value-based winning solutions.
The role requires the ability to work across functions, partner ecosystems, and the client organization
Present Genpact s point of view to the problem at hand, create and lead executive presentations, conducting workshops.
Lead cross-functional teams in responding to RFPs and creating proactive proposals for operations outsourcing and transformation deals.
Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
Serving as a trusted advisor to the Genpact s largest clients across verticals and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives.
Working with advisory and PE firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships and originate large deals.
Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpact s brand.
Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals.
Significant experience in solutioning large multi-line deals across various industries
Track record of solutioning over $50M+ in total contract value
Consulting / advisor background preferred
Experienced in collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
Global experience/mindset
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to influence C-level clients
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills verbal and written
MBA or advanced degree in related field (preferred)
