Senior Principal Consultant - Technical Delivery Manager

The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of database development projects within the P&C insurance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large teams and complex technical projects in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage database development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a large team of database developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support in database development, including relational databases like SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for database design, performance tuning, and data security to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, project delivery, and technical excellence

Minimum Qualifications
BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience: Exp. in database development in a technical leadership or delivery management role. Experience in the P&C insurance industry is required. Proven experience managing large teams
Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team of database developers
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
