Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Record to Report

In this role, we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation and will work closely with onshore stakeholders

• ·       Manage internal and external stakeholders
• ·       Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
• ·       Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• ·       Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• ·       Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
• ·       Drive continuous improvement of processes to bring in efficiencies and process enhancements
• ·       Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, robust risk and compliance adherence
• ·       Manage and build high performing teams, retention of workforce, Reward and Recognition of team members, cross skilling and support team members in coaching / mentoring, career progression etc

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Candidate with B.Com degree
• Meaningful work experience

Preferred qualifications

• Candidates with CA Inter degree & Meaningful work experience in General Ledger
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Scope for working under different ERP packages – PeopleSoft & SAP
