Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Python Automation Engineer
This role, we are looking for a candidate to perform duties Python3.x based cloud automation and AWS SDK (Boto3).
Responsibilities
Proactiveness; a hunger to learn and a curiosity for cloud engineering and architecture; an ability to hit the ground running when provided with documentation and requirements. A wait and see attitude, or requiring significant assistance from team members is a showstopper for us.
Ability to collaborate and partner with our CTO Cloud engineering teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
CSPM/CNAPP experience, including auto-remediation and IaC scanning configuration
Code analysis the ability to assess existing code and determine if better solutions are available
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Threat modeling experience
Code optimization
Agile or other product management experience
Code analysis the ability to assess existing code and determine if better solutions are available
Web development
SaaS experience
Container / K8s experience
Wiz.io experience, including auto-remediation capability and custom rule development
Rego
Azure Policy development & deployment
Familiarity with both AWS and Azure technology
Experience in F100 enterprise cloud deployments
Vulnerability management
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Python3.x based cloud automation
AWS SDK (Boto3)
Software engineering as a discipline; e.g. experience in product , cyber or cloud software engineering teams
AWS SCP or Azure Policy
AWS or Azure IAM/RBAC policy
AWS or Azure architecture concepts
AWS CloudFormation Templates
Terraform (especially Azure)
