Job Description
- Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers.
- Process invoices with PO/Non-PO, Post / validate GRs with defined controls.
- Experience in exception handling and managing escalations.
- Manage daily audits and QC.
- Reconcile vendor statements, GIRIR clearing, Debit balance. POT and Open PO analysis.
- Reviewing and auditing payment batches including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods.
- Monitoring payment deadlines and resolving any outstanding invoices or payment delays.
- Manage multiple stakeholders including both internal and external.
- Create and run reports such as open POs, Req & PO volumes, turnaround times, and other metrics. Help resolve invoice to PO reconciliation issues.
- Complete supplier onboarding tasks/requests with due diligence and approval. Work with suppliers on any PO/ Supplier onboarding issues.
- Maintain delegation and on-behalf approval admin as needed.
- Maintaining SOD and approval matrix in the process/ business.
- Managing Month end activities and generating monthly reports/aging reports for review.
- Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries for accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the process/business.
- As a team leader, you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities.
- B. Com is a must preferably with M. Com/MBA.
- Relevant year of Experience in P2P / Accounts Payable.
- Understanding of entire Source to Pay process.
- Knowledge of ARIBA is a must .
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of Oracle/SAP/Coupa/Mybuy
- Excellent command and Excel tools from day-to-day operations.
- Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word
- Good typing skill with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel.
- Scope for working under various ERP Packages - Ariba /SAP/Oracle/Mybuy/Coupa.
