Job Summary
The Culture & Engagement Analyst (G25) will analyze the continuous listening results by synthesizing insights with additional talent data to provide further analysis.

Job Responsibilities
Distributes and analyzes seasonal and YR continuous listening results
Synthesizes continuous listening insights with additional talent data to draw insights
Distributes ad-hoc surveys based on company initiatives
Maintains Culture & Engagement budget and dashboards
Establishes engagement data governance

Knowledge and Skills
Data-driven storytelling - Leverages data-driven people insights to deliver business and human resources strategic priorities to ensure alignment between employee experience and culture objectives and results.
Data management, manipulation and dashboards
Cross-functional partnerships and vendor management Owns the partnership with various vendors.
Operational efficiency
Detail orientated - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor s degree preferred

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor s degree preferred
Experience in HR, customer service, or marketing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Self-starter with a drive for excellence, ability to build strong working relationships, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and
changing environment
Strong organization, problem-solving, planning
Project management experience managing complex projects
Experience influencing and/or mentor managers
Experience leading multiple projects on time and on budget
