Genpact - Smartsheet Developer - Zapier/Workato (4-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Smartsheet Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Smartsheet solutions to meet business needs and enhance project management and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, create workflows, automate processes, and deliver seamless integration between Smartsheet and other systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Smartsheet Configuration & Development :

- Develop, configure, and maintain Smartsheet templates, sheets, reports, and dashboards to optimize project and task tracking, collaboration, and reporting.

- Design workflows, forms, and automation rules (e.g., reminders, alerts, and approval processes) to streamline operations.

- Create custom functions and use Smartsheet's API to enhance functionality and integrate with external systems.

Data Integration & Automation :

- Work with APIs, connectors, and third-party integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) to connect Smartsheet with other applications (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams).

- Design and implement automated data pipelines and real-time data synchronization between Smartsheet and other business systems.

Reporting & Dashboards :

- Build interactive and insightful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders to track KPIs, project progress, and business outcomes.

- Utilize Smartsheet's reporting and charting features to generate real-time data visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Smartsheet, including advanced features such as workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of Smartsheet API and data integrations with third-party applications.

- Experience using tools like Zapier, Workato, or other automation platforms to create seamless workflows.

- Proficiency in working with project management concepts and methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Smartsheet solutions.

- Familiarity with Smartsheet Control Center and Smartsheet DataBridge for advanced automation and reporting.

Preferred : Smartsheet Certified : Certification in Smartsheet's platform or as a Smartsheet Solutions Architect
