Workato Developer (8-9 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workato Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations and automations using the Workato platform.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable integrations.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex integrations and automations using the Workato platform.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for automation.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance.

- Ensure the security and compliance of integrations.

- Document and maintain integration documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Workato development process.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in developing integrations using Workato.

- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

- Experience with a variety of integration technologies, including APIs, web services, databases, and file systems.

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Groovy.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

Technical Skills :

- Workato : Expert-level knowledge of Workato platform features, including recipes, connectors, scripts, and integrations.

- API Development : Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT).

- Scripting : Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, and other scripting languages.

- Database : Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems
