Principal Consultant/Senior Machine Learning Engineer (6-12 yrs)

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Senior ML Engineer!

The ML Engineer will focus on supporting the Growth Data Sciences team in data integration, model deployment and output integration with customer facing web and app applications.

Responsibilities :

- Developing functionality in Data Science Management Platform (DSMP), building model features, developing data pipelines and API integration.

- Support migration and deployment of ML models from the legacy platform to DataBricks, rebuilding workflows to accommodate new tools and providing support in managing models.

- Configure and optimize ML model deployments, improving performance and throughput.

- Assist Data Scientists in identifying and enhancing new data sources.

- Developing standardized APIs for internal use, ex.

- Modeling utilities for Data scientists and working with engineering to deploy models for production applications.

- Monitor and maintain deployed models, troubleshooting issues and improved performance.

- Generate reports on model performance, effectiveness, and areas of improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you :

Minimum Qualifications :

- Master's degree in computer science (Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience in software development and deploying machine learning models

- Good skills with Spark/Python/Perl

- Experience with development and deployment in Databricks

- Experience with state-of-the-art ML frameworks such as Sklearn, Tensorflow and PyTorch.

- Advanced knowledge of data querying skills (SQL)

- Usage of cloud compute solutions, eg. AWS

- Experience with version control systems such as Github

- Hands-on experience with Unix and shell scripting

- Good understanding of REST APIs required

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, draw meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
